Join Alpine Anglers in a 6 day (5 days on the water; 6 night accommodation) travelling fly fishing excursion of a lifetime. 

Fly fish some of the best trout waters in south western Alberta and south eastern British Columbia. 

Wiley brown trout and Bow River bullets (aka rainbow trout) on the world famous ‘blue ribbon’ lower Bow River. 

Native cutthroat and bull trout on the smaller, picturesque mountain streams of SW Alberta. 

Large and numerous rainbows on the renown Crowsnest River. 

Finally, more wild brown trout on the extremely scenic upper Bow River near Banff. 

Combine this awesome fishing with some of the best scenery in North America as we travel some back roads to each location, and our attention to every little detail, for an angling experience never to be forgotten. 

Accommodations in classic B&Bs, and quality hotels, some offering fishing right out the front door, are all based on double occupancy. 

Travel in comfort by way of Nissan Pathfinder with two clients and your guide – lots of room for gear and all that other stuff. 

Days on the Bow are drift trips while the others are walk and wade days. Expect a couple of miles of easy walking.

This is a truly ‘all inclusive’ trip. All meals, snacks, refreshments (non alcoholic), are included, as is gear, ground transportation, and accomdations, taxes and gratuities. Flies are provided on a ‘reasonable’ consumption basis. The only things not included are the requisite fishing permits for Alberta and/or BC and guide gratuities.

There is not really a set itinerary for this excursion, as the ability to maintain some degree of flexibility will allow us to change destinations on a daily basis to avoid crowding, temporary weather events which may taint the waters, or other situations.
